Enter your name and the access code you were given, then press Start. Answer each question, then submit at the end.

Sign in to your dashboard

Your questionnaires are waiting on your dashboard. Sign in with your Student ID and login key to take the ones assigned to you and to see your past scores and answers.

How it works

  1. Sign in with your Student ID and login key (your administrator gives you these).
  2. Open a questionnaire from the To do list on your dashboard and press Start — no code to type.
  3. Answer the questions one at a time, then submit at the end. Your results appear under Completed.
